Residents of the Local Government Area of Lagos State are now smiling home with food item packages courtesy of the Kosofe Food Bank, an initiative of the Barr. Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe led administration created to provide palliatives for kosofe residents to ameliorate and cushion the effect of hardship in the council area.
The programme which is the 10th Edition of its kind took care of almost 5000 beneficiaries who came from various communities of the council area.
The Kosofe Food Bank Initiative has and would be a continuous exercise that underscores the commitment of the present administration in ensuring constant and adequate provision of food palliatives to eradicate hunger.
With joyous outlook, beneficiaries expressed their appreciation to the Council Chairman and prayed for continuous implementation of the programme.
