The President of the Nigerian Civil Engineering Students’ Association (NICESA), The Polytechnic, Ibadan Chapter, Comrade Subuloye Enoch Moyinoluwa has extended warm congratulations to Engr. Tajudeen Hamzat, MNSE, following his emergence as the Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE), Oyo State Chapter.
In a congratulatory message made available to the press, Comrade Subuloye described Engr. Hamzat as a pragmatic, visionary, and result-oriented leader whose wealth of experience, exceptional leadership qualities, integrity, and unwavering commitment to professional excellence have consistently distinguished him within the engineering profession.
According to the NICESA President, the emergence of Engr. Hamzat as Chairman is a well-deserved recognition of his dedication to the advancement of civil engineering and his passion for service. He expressed confidence that the newly elected Chairman possesses the competence, capacity, and leadership acumen required to reposition the association for greater achievements.

The NICESA President also used the opportunity to call on all members of the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE) across Oyo State to give their unwavering support, cooperation, and commitment to the newly elected Chairman.
