Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has participated in cooking and tasting of local delicacies at this year’s Lagos Food Festival, which held on Sunday.
The governor, who personally attended the annual event, organised by the Lagos State government, took to his verified Twitter page to announce his participation.

Sanwo-Olu wrote: “I attended the Lagos food festival. This annual event which is organized by the Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Agriculture, celebrates the essence of our local delicacies and the innovative way with which they are been prepared.

“I had the delightful opportunity of taking part in the cooking, tasting the different delicacies.”
The Governor was in the company of Senator Tokunbo Abiru at the event organised by Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture.
On his part, Special Adviser to Governor Sanwo-Olu on Special Duties and Intergovernmental Relations, Honourable Mobolaji Ogunlende said the Governor is not a just a man of Roads, Schools and infrastructure alone but a good chef, where the Governor showcased his exclusive skills on cooking.
