The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has unveiled its new 3367 Toll-Free Short-Code Hotline as part of efforts to strengthen emergency response, improve traffic management and promote accountability across Lagos State.
The new hotline replaces the agency’s former long-service code with a more accessible and technology-driven communication platform.
Available free of charge on MTN, Etisalat (T2) and Glo networks, the service allows millions of subscribers to report traffic-related emergencies without incurring call charges.
Through the 3367 short code, motorists and other road users can report vehicular breakdowns, road traffic crashes, disabled articulated vehicles, stranded tankers, traffic obstructions and other incidents requiring urgent intervention.
The platform also provides members of the public with a channel to report the conduct, professionalism and operational activities of LASTMA officials on duty, reinforcing transparency, accountability and improved service delivery across the agency.
